## 6. Sequential events — do we have *additional* events?

**Short answer: no new dated events from this pass.** Jno Cook still supplies the only hard BCE anchors inside the Golden Age window: **4077 BCE** (start / crescent / clock-time) and **3147 BCE** (collapse / flood). Talbott’s documentary adds **undated** dynamical steps; those are already listed in `golden-age-event-dates.md` § “Talbott Documentary: Canonical Order.”

### Two layers

1. **Full documentary sequence (16 steps)** — in the investigation: timeless → cloud → crescent → Earth rotates → Mars destabilizes → oscillates → drops below Venus → lateral displacements → band around Venus → further descents → material to Earth → recovery → Saturn tumbles → Venus displaced → Jupiter renewal → final breakup.

2. **Book summary table (6 rows)** in `02.00.00` — compresses the above into navigable timeline links. It does **not** add new events; it **merges** documentary steps (e.g. several Mars/Venus steps → rows 3–5).

If the summary table should mirror the documentary more closely, **additional rows** could be split out (still without BCE dates unless Cook supplies them):

- Cloud dissipates / day–night sharpens (between timeless and crescent).
- Band encircles Venus / lateral displacements (may duplicate 02.03 / 02.09).
- Recovery phase before final collapse (doc. step 12 vs 02.08).
- Saturn tumbles vs Venus displaced vs Jupiter renewal (currently folded into 02.10).

**Recommendation:** Keep the **6-row** table for readability; put documentary granularity in the **investigation** + optional appendix “Documentary step-by-step.” Add new sequential **events** only when a source yields a **date** or a **distinct chapter** is written.
