- **Content restructure** — Merge events/ + articles/ into flat content/ with decimal numbering (00–11 chapters, 3-digit zero-padded items)
- **Media directory rename** — Decimal chapter prefix (00-XX-slug); update all content/ references
- **Merge** — Media 00.overview + 00.project-objective; timeline-synchronization image
- **Events.json** — media[] arrays; populate-media script

## What This Enabled

The flat content structure with consistent numbering, root-relative media paths, and events.json media arrays set up the timeline for the PDF/DOCX export pipeline and the interactive browser that would go live the next day.
